▪️transition to environmentally friendly and resource-saving energy, highly productive and environmentally friendly agro- and aquaculture;
▪️introduction of personalized medicine and high-tech healthcare;
▪️creation of intelligent transport and telecommunication systems;
▪️occupying and maintaining leadership in the development and use of outer and air space, the world's ocean, the Arctic and Antarctic.
