" Biltillverkaren Volvo Cars ägare Geely Sweden har begärt konvertering av alla sina A-aktier till B-aktier i samband med Volvo Cars börsnotering, planerad till torsdag nästa vecka.
Det framgår av ett pressmeddelande från Volvo Cars.
”Konverteringen sker i enlighet med omvandlingsförbehållet i Volvo Cars bolagsordning”, skriver bolaget.
Efter konverteringen, som villkoras av att det blir en börsnotering av bolaget på torsdag, kommer det bara att finnas B-aktier utestående i bolaget.
Geely Sweden är Volvo Cars huvudägare och ägs i sin tur av kinesiska Zhejiang Geely Holding, med Eric Li som huvudägare."
